1. Commitment to Privacy

The System is designed to minimize personal data collection. Users are not required to disclose identity or sensitive information beyond what is reasonably needed to create, manage, and respond to scheduling requests.

2. Information We Collect

• Subscriber account data such as name, email, and billing information.
• Technical data such as IP address, device, browser type, and similar metadata.
• Session Content such as meeting details, participant email addresses, availability submissions, preferences, and related text entered during scheduling and confirmation flows.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate and provide the System.
• To process Subscriber payments.
• To improve performance using aggregated analytics.
• To ensure security and detect misuse.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Roles in Processing

4.1 Data Controller

The Site Owner acts as a data controller for Subscriber account information, billing data, and technical logs required to operate the System.

4.2 Data Processor

For Session Content entered by Users through scheduling flows created by an Organizer or Subscriber, the Site Owner acts as a data processor on behalf of that Organizer or Subscriber to the extent applicable.

Scheduling Output generated from Session Content is processed to provide organizer dashboards, participant confirmations, and related scheduling functionality.

4.3 Third-Party AI Providers

We use third-party providers, including OpenAI, to enable AI functionality in the System. When Users submit Session Content, it may be processed by these providers to generate responses and support service quality.

OpenAI describes its data handling practices in its public documentation and offers a Data Processing Addendum. Content submitted through the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models by default unless an account holder has explicitly opted in.

5. Security

We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure. Users should refrain from submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Cookies

Cookies support essential functionality, analytics, and User preferences. Disabling cookies may limit performance.

7. Legal Bases

We rely on contract (Subscriber services), legitimate interest (performance and security), and consent when required by law.

8. Your Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data where permitted by law. Contact: [email protected]

9. Data Retention

Session Content is deleted after approximately 6 months. Subscriber account data is retained as required for billing and legal obligations.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed in Israel, the EU, or other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

The System is not intended for Users under age 16.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use indicates acceptance.
